It is! You just can't hold or catch the ball. If you wanted you could kick it too, or use your elbows, or your butt, but there's not much control there.

I always thought volleyball was meant for your wrists and hands.

Typically that's what people do, which is why they were so surprised! But the rules say you can use any part of your body to hit the ball.

How are you doing in your other classes? Are they enjoyable?

Yes! I made sure to take classes I wouldn't struggle in too much, like history or geography since I'd have to cram a lot for those. Math and home economics are easy, and kind of universal, even if I'm learning about new ingredients.

Crystals turned out to be REALLY fun. It's about learning how to read fortunes and tell the future! It wasn't at all what I was expecting.

What about you? Which classes are your favorite so far?

Mathematics and Chemistry.

Mathematics here isn't any different from Earth's, although Chemistry is new. I'm rather enjoying learning about these different elements that exist solely on this planet.

That must mean I'm in a lower science class than you, we haven't covered anything like that yet! Does it talk about which elements make you float if you ingest them?

There's no raw element that would do that, unfortunately.

Is that... something you've wanted to do? Float around? [ This raises so many questions... ]

I got to do it once, when I first arrived. There was a kind of tea you could drink that would make you float. It was really fun! I think it's the closest to flying I've ever been able to get.

I wish I got wings with my moonblessing. I don't think I'd ever come down.

No, I'd prefer to stay on the ground and watch over those who are flying.

I guess I haven't really studied the 'landing' part, so it would be nice to have someone to make sure I don't crash headfirst into a building.

I think second most. I would love it so much if I could fly! But more than anything? I'd like the power to be strong enough to protect people.
